Owed money by the EMF group? You're not alone.

Creators, influencers, freelancers, employees, suppliers and clients of the EMF group of companies — active in DTC e-commerce — report unpaid invoices and overcharges. This site explains what you can do right now to protect your claim, where to report it in the US, the UAE and France, and how creditors are coming together for a grouped legal action.

What this site is

A single, clear place for people affected by the EMF group to understand where things stand and what to do — instead of a dozen scattered inboxes.

Who it's for

  • Creators and talent left unpaid
  • Freelancers and contractors
  • Former employees
  • Suppliers and agencies
  • Clients who were overcharged

What it does

Points you to the official channels in the US, the UAE and France, and lets you join creditors coordinating a grouped legal action with counsel.

What it doesn't do

It publishes no claims, amounts, evidence or personal details. Allegations are labelled as such, never stated as fact. No one is called a criminal: that is for the courts and authorities. This page concerns companies, not any individual partner, shareholder or employee of them.

Sound familiar?

If you delivered work, issued invoices or paid for a service connected to the EMF group and the money never came, this site is for you.

  • Invoice never paid
  • Salary owed
  • Overcharged
  • Contract not honoured
  • Emails unanswered

Thinking of working with the EMF group?

Brands, creators, agencies and suppliers approached by an EMF group company can protect themselves before signing. These checks are good practice with any new partner.

Check the entity you contract with

Ask for the exact legal name, country and registration number, then look it up in the official register. Make sure the company that signs is the one that pays.

Get paid upfront or in escrow

Ask for a deposit, milestone payments or escrow, especially for cross-border work. Do not deliver further work while invoices are overdue.

Put everything in writing

Signed contract, payment terms, currency and governing law. Keep invoices, emails and proof of delivery from day one.

Look up the official registers

UAE: ask for the trade licence and verify it with the issuing free-zone or economic department.

What to do now

Four steps, in this order. General information, not legal advice — counsel decides what applies to your situation.

Gather your documents

Invoices, contracts, emails, proof of delivery, bank statements, and any formal notice such as a formal demand letter.

Report to the authorities

Use the official channels below for your country. A report creates an official record, whatever happens next.

Protect your claim in each country

US
Send a formal demand to the company's registered agent, listed in the Delaware entity search. If the company files for bankruptcy, file a proof of claim with the court before the bar date.
UAE
Ask for the company's trade licence, then raise your claim with the issuing free-zone authority or before the UAE courts, through local counsel.
France
For EMF Media, file a proof of claim with the court-appointed liquidator, generally within 2 months of publication in the official gazette (+2 months outside metropolitan France).

Report it officially

Public services run by the authorities listed — not by this site. Use them whether or not you join the grouped action.

Facts, not accusations

The point is a structured, defensible record — not rumours or personal attacks. That discipline is what makes it useful.

Labelled, never asserted

Every statement is marked public record, reported or creditor action. No wrongdoing is stated as established unless decided by a competent authority.

Right of reply

Any person or entity named may send corrections, a response or evidence of payment. Responses are logged and reviewed, and settled claims are updated.

Private by default

Nothing you send is published. Your amount and documents are only shared with counsel acting for the grouped action.

Questions

Who is this site for?

Anyone with a documented, unresolved financial claim connected to the EMF group — creators, influencers, freelancers, employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, or clients who were overcharged.

How do I report EMF Media LLC in the United States?

Report to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and, for internet-related losses, to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). For a company formed in Delaware you can also complain to the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit. To protect your claim, send a formal demand to the company's registered agent, listed in the Delaware entity search.

How do I report a UAE company such as Positivia Marketing FZE LLC?

Ask for the company's trade licence and verify it with the issuing free-zone authority — Positivia Marketing FZE LLC is reported to be registered in Ajman Media City Free Zone. You can report through Dubai Police online services and raise your claim with the free-zone authority or before the UAE courts, through local counsel.

How do I file a claim against EMF Media in France?

EMF Media is in liquidation. File a proof of claim with the court-appointed liquidator, generally within two months of publication of the judgment in the French official commercial gazette, extended by two months for creditors based outside metropolitan France.

Is there a deadline to protect my claim?

Yes, in every country. In the US, limitation periods apply and, if the company files for bankruptcy, a proof of claim must be filed before the court's bar date. In the UAE, limitation periods also apply, so act through local counsel early. In France, the proof of claim deadline is generally two months from publication in the official gazette. Check the exact dates with counsel.

What documents should I have ready?

Invoices, contracts, emails, proof of delivery, bank statements, and any formal notices such as a formal demand letter.

Will what I send be made public?

No. Nothing you send is published on this website. Claims, amounts and documents are reviewed privately and are only shared with counsel acting for the grouped action.

Does getting in touch commit me to anything?

No. Any decision to take part in a legal action is yours, made with counsel, at your own pace.

I represent a company mentioned here and want to respond.

Write to claims@faresbenouhiba.com. Corrections, responses and evidence of payment are logged and reviewed, and settled claims are updated.
